- Step 1: First, we prep the concrete with industrial grade diamond plate grinding machines.
- Step 2: Second, we vacuum up all the dust, keeping your property clean.
- Step 3: Next, all cracks are repaired to ensure a lasting bond between the epoxy and the concrete.
- Step 4: Then, we apply epoxy to all of the stemwalls. (No extra charge for stemwalls 6" or smaller).
- Step 5: After we finish all prep, we then apply our commercial grade epoxy floor coating.
- Step 6: We then thoroughly broadcast the decorative flake that you chose.
- Step 7: We then allow the epoxy coating time to cure and fuse deep into the cement.
- Step 8: Now we scrape off any excess flake
- Step 9: One more vacuum! This will ensure a great finished look!
- Step 10: Lastly, we then apply our Polyaspartic Top Coat to ensure your epoxy floor dries 100% solid.
